Product Description The goal of the Indianapolis Colts is to have a franchise continually synonymous with success. Under the supervision of Jim Irsay, the Colts have been one of the NFL's top teams for the past eight seasons. The club has been a regular playoff participant, and the quest of the club was culminated with the Super Bowl XLI title. True Blue chronicles the Colts 2006 journey, a ride that produced a 9-0 start in consecutive regular season for only the second time in NFL history and the club's first world championship in 36 years. True Blue provides editorial and pictorial coverage of the players and staff from the start of the season in New York until the final gun at Miami brought the Super Bowl XLI title. The club's wonderful season is captured in True Blue.

Unforgettable, Indy Colts 2006 Championship Commemorative! April 1, 2009 Indy-girl (Birmingham, AL) This book is a very well-written Commemorative overview of the totally unforgettable 2006 Championship Season and subsequent win of the Super Bowl XLI by the Indianapolis Colts. It is nicely covered with many pictures that go a long way in showing the 2006 season. It will remain in my library, perhaps to be followed with another commemorative of the Super Bowl XLIV win, led by Peyton Manning. I hope it will be the ultimate sibling rivalry, with the opponent being the New York Giants, led by brother, Eli Manning. Sorry Eli, but I am siding with Peyton in this! This does not negate the fact that it is the entire team that wins the game and there is no 'I' in team! Good luck Indy!!

The pictures and content in this book were great - more of a picture book than anything. The editing was horrible though - there were numerous gramatical errors throughout the book. I would still recommend bying it if you want a good history of the Super Bowl season.
